Refund policy
RETURNS
We accept returns from customers within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact us at info@rizkia.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Returns from outside the UK are accepted; however, return shipping costs, duties, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your sunglasses arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@rizkia.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can assist you.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different style, please return your item for a refund (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14 day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. During this time, you may return your order for any reason, provided the item is returned unused and in original condition.
